Sale of physical goods.
These terms and conditions apply to consumer-purchased goods at www.honceycph.com, owned and run by:

Payment terms
We accept the following forms of payment:
VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay, Google Pay, ApplePay, Paypal.
When paying with Mastercard Debit, the total amount will be reserved in accordance with the terms outlined by your card issuer until we either accept or decline payment.
The total amount will be deducted when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.
Delivery
Items are delivered 1-3 working days after placing your order.
We offer the following forms of delivery: GLS Pakkeshop and GLS Hjemmelevering.
We offer free delivery to parcel shops in Denmark for purchases over DKK 499.
Cancellation
You can cancel your purchase without justification within 14 days. If you have bought several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See more on reimbursement of delivery costs in the event of partial cancellation under the section "Refund in the event of cancellation.”
The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person acting on your behalf (carrier excluding) obtain physical possession of the goods.

You are entitled to return your goods or withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days by contacting us in writing at:

You cannot cancel your order by refusing to receive your order or by failing to pick it up without prior notice.
Returns
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, kindly return your goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period. Items cannot be returned cash on delivery or in person. You must pay for the return of the item yourself.

- Log in to the return portal using the email address associated with your order and your order number.
- You will then receive a GLS QR code, which you can show at a GLS drop-off point.
- The drop-off point will print a label and send the package back to us.
Important: Remember to include the packing slip that came with your package when you received it.
We will deduct a handling fee of 39 DKK when processing your return.
We always recommend obtaining a receipt as proof of sending the package—just in case it gets lost in transit. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment until we have received it.
It is not possible to return items at our office in Copenhagen.
Right of Complaint
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act. This means that you as a consumer have the right to complain for 24 months, unless otherwise follows from the product's natural shelf life. The shelf life of the products after opening is indicated by a jar icon on the packaging and your complaint is limited to the shelf-life period indicated for the item. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/error.
In the event of a complaint, please contact us by email: contact@honeycph.com. Please state in as much detail as possible what the problem is and attach documentation for the purchase. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or without distribution.
Refund in the event of cancellation
All costs in connection with the return of goods are borne by the buyer. Upon return, the buyer is responsible for the correct packaging and bears the risk of the item from the time of delivery until the time of receipt at our warehouse. We will refund the amount without undue delay and within 14 days from notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the full amount until we have received the returned goods or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned. Refunds are made using the same means of payment used for the original purchase transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
The condition of returned item(s) You are only liable for a possible reduction in the value of goods due to inappropriate handling or use other than intended. You must return goods in their original packaging. If the packaging is missing or damaged, it may constitute an impairment for which you are liable. You will lose your right to withdrawal if you break the seal on items which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return. These include but are not limited to health food products and cosmetics. You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped prior to return. You bear the risk for goods in transit. Save your receipt and tracking information until you have confirmation from us that the items have been received correctly.
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
Complaints If you have a complaint about a purchase, please contact our customer service department: contact@honeycph.com If we do not succeed in agreeing on what you are entitled to, you have the following options: You can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the Board of Trustees: https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk. The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country.
