Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your purchase without providing any reason within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you, or a third party other than the carrier, physically take possession of the goods.
For an order involving multiple items ordered in one transaction but delivered separately (i.e., separate shipments), the cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you, or a third party other than the carrier, physically take possession of the last delivery.
How to Make a Return
Create your return here
You must always create your return in our return portal.
- Log in to the return portal using the email address associated with your order and your order number.
- You will then receive a GLS QR code, which you can show at a GLS drop-off point.
- The drop-off point will print a label and send the package back to us.
Important: Remember to include the packing slip that came with your package when you received it.
We will deduct a handling fee of 39 DKK when processing your return.
We always recommend obtaining a receipt as proof of sending the package—just in case it gets lost in transit. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment until we have received it.
It is not possible to return items at our office in Copenhagen.
Your Rights
The cancellation period is met if you send your return before the cancellation deadline expires.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us.
Complaints
If the item you receive is defective, you must create a complaint in our return portal. Here, you will need to specify the defect, and you will then receive a return label. We will evaluate whether the complaint is justified. The refund amount will depend on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, you may only be refunded shipping costs.
Condition of the Item When Returned
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, or functionality, you may only receive a partial refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned in its original packaging, which can be opened but not damaged. Missing or damaged packaging may result in depreciation, for which you are liable.
You lose the right to cancel if you break the seal on items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The refund amount will depend on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, you may only be refunded shipping costs.
Refund of the Purchase Price
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item’s value has depreciated, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs incurred if you chose a delivery option other than our standard and cheapest option), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or you provide documentation that it has been returned.
Want to Exchange for Something Else?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. However, there’s an easy solution: If you want a different size, color, or a completely different item, simply return your goods as described above and place a new order.
